How Long Does It Take To Get My Parcel Sent?
Upon drop off at Pgeon point, your parcel will be collected by us on the next day. Delivery takes 1-3 days to destination Pgeon point.
How Did We Keep The Shipping Rates So Low?
No secret here- it’s all by consolidating our shipping volumes together. Pgeon Delivery picks up and drops off your parcels at our partner stores instead of going to your doorstep. Not only does it save us time and cost, it’s more environment friendly too (well, if you think about it)!
Where Can I Book For Pgeon Delivery?
At the moment, Pgeon Delivery is only supported on EasyParcel website, therefore to book for a parcel delivery, you will have to create an account on EasyParcel website.
How To Book With Pgeon Delivery?
This is the question we get all the time and we are more than happy to guide you through the process of understanding how Pgeon works.
- Log on to EasyParcel’s website
- Sign up for an EasyParcel account (and get RM25 FREE credits!)
- Insert your sender and recipient’s postcodes (make sure your postcodes fall within KL, Selangor and Penang area and your parcel is less than 5kg)
- Choose Pgeon Delivery as your courier
- Select your preferred drop-off point
- Select your preferred pick-up point
- Pay and print airway bill
- Drop off parcel at your drop-off point
- You will receive SMS to acknowledge parcel drop-off
- Your recipient will receive SMS when parcel arrives at the pick-up point
