Terms and Conditions
- You have the right to choose whether to participate in this Contest. Your participation in this Contest in part or in full shall be deemed as you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you must not proceed to participate in the Contest.
- This Contest is organised by Pgeon Express Sdn. Bhd. (the Organiser) and will start from 1st December 2020 at 12.00am (GMT+8) and ends on 28th February 2021 at 11.59pm (GMT+8) (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted out of the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.
- The Organiser shall reserve the right to shorten, change, revise or amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice.
- This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents and currently residing in Malaysia, except permanent and/or temporary employees of Pgeon Express Sdn. Bhd. and EasyParcel Sdn. Bhd.
- To participate in this contest, you must be a receiver of Pgeon and upload your photo to Instagram and hashtag #PgeonShoppingKaki. Set your profile to public, so that The Organiser is able to view your photo. Before uploading your photo, make sure your photo meets these requirements: (a) Abang Pgeon must be included in your photo. (b) The parcel you received from Abang Pgeon must be included with you in your photo. (c) Any creative poses are welcomed in your photo.Â
- Entries will be judged equally based on (A) Creativity; (B) Originality; and (C) Requirements meet.
- If any prize is unavailable for any reason, Organiser has the right to replace the prize with any other product of similar value. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or for any other prizes or Pgeon credits.
- All images of the prizes are for your reference only and the awarded prizes you received may vary. Organiser is not responsible for any damage, loss, claim or warranty of the prizes.
- The organiser reserves the right to rearrange the winner when the team can’t reach the current winner within 7 days upon announcement.
- The winners of the contest will be notified via Instagram no later than 31th March 2021 or such other date as decided by Organiser at its absolute discretion, to present in person at the Prize Presentation venue to collect their prize. However, Organiser reserves the right to change the venue and/or timing of Prize Presentation at its sole discretion without prior notification.
- The winners are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims as a result of or arising from their participation in the Contest, usage of their prize and/or collection of their prize. All transportation, accommodation, personal cost and/or any other costs and/or any other related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and/or to redeem the prize are the sole responsibility of the participants and winners.
- The Organiser reserves the rights to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension, the Organiser shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- The Organiser reserves the right to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names and photographs of all participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. The Organiser further reserves the rights to use any personal data of participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and participant is deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
- The Organiser reserves the rights to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the prizes from time to time without any prior notice.
- The Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.
