Starting from 18th January 2019 till 19th February 2019, you can send your hamper up to 15kg to your loved one at RM15 nett only. And this is available for shipment send between Penang, Selangor and Johor only.
Without a doubt, this special deal is exclusively for EasyParcel users. You just need to book Pgeon CNY Hamper Delivery at EasyParcel and wait for the pick up at your doorstep. To get your hamper delivered before/by 4th February 2019, book your shipment earlier before 29th January 2019.
Before you send it, make sure your hamper is not bigger than 150cm (W+L+H) and not heavier than 15kg. Bear in mind that, perishable goods such as meat, fish, dairy products and poultry are not allowed for delivery.

IS PGEON CNY HAMPER DELIVERY AVAILABLE IN MY LOCATION?
Pgeon CNY Hamper Delivery is available for shipment to send between Penang, Johor and Selangor only.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PARCEL SIZE AND WEIGHT FOR THIS SERVICE?
The maximum dimension of your shipment must be W + L + H ≤ 150cm and not more than 15kg.
HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE FOR MY HAMPER TO BE DELIVERED?
It usually takes 2 days to complete delivery between Penang, Selangor and Johor. However, a delay may occur when the courier on hold your parcel in hub due to the declared weight or dimensions are different with the actual measurements.
WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS SERVICE?
Perishable items are not allowed for shipping such as those likely to spoil, decay or become unsafe to consume. These include meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, and cooked foods that need to be kept refrigerated.
HOW SHOULD I PACK MY SHIPMENT TO QUALIFY FOR THIS SERVICE?
To make sure that your parcel arrives safe and sound, you have to:
- For hamper: Double wrapped items in plastic without any hole but a base so the hamper able to stand on its one without external support.
- Mandarin box – The box should be taped at the opening twice without any hole.
AM I COVERED UNDER ANY COVERAGE PLAN?
For Pgeon CNY Hamper Delivery service, all lost parcels have to be reported at [email protected] within 14 days to get a claim under Pgeon Delivery and also an extra insurance coverage with a nett value of RM50 to all EasyParcel users on top of basic insurance provided by Pgeon Delivery.
HOW IF I WANT MY HAMPER DELIVERED BEFORE CHINESE NEW YEAR?
Just book and schedule a pick up before 29th January 2019 and our Pgeon Hero will send it to your beloved one’s doorstep before/by 4th February 2019.
HOW LONG CAN I BOOK FOR THIS SERVICE?
This hamper delivery service will be open for booking from 15th January till 19th February 2019. However, we reserve the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the duration of this campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the customers.
Terms & Conditions
- This Pgeon CNY Hamper Delivery service is available from 18th January till 19th February 2019.
- This RM15 flat-rate for hamper delivery service is applicable for hampers and mandarin box with W+L+H ≤ 150cm and not more than 15kg only.
- This service is available for shipment between Penang, Selangor and Johor only, subject to postcode availability.
- No refund is given if someone misuses the service for other than hamper delivery purpose.
- Pgeon Delivery and EasyParcel reserve the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
- Pgeon Delivery and EasyParcel reserve the right to amend any of the above terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.
